What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the net2phone Salesforce instance, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users. You will be responsible for configuring the system, providing support to users, and maintaining the overall health of the Salesforce environment. Your tasks will include creating process flows to streamline operations, automating tasks and emails to enhance productivity, and developing custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into our business processes.

You will work closely with the primary system administrator, learning from their expertise while also contributing your own ideas and solutions. Your role will involve regular communication with users to understand their needs and challenges, allowing you to make informed decisions about system improvements. You will also participate in training sessions to help users maximize their use of Salesforce, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
