What you'll do

As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will provide initial support to Salesforce users, addressing basic inquiries and resolving common issues. You will execute administrative tasks within Salesforce, including user management, data entry, and monitoring data health. Collaborating with senior team members, you will learn to understand user needs and help facilitate communication between end-users and the Salesforce team.

You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement low-code solutions, creating basic reports, dashboards, and automations that enhance user experience. Your role will involve continuous learning and growth as you gain more experience with Salesforce and its capabilities. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving system usage and user satisfaction.
