You are comfortable navigating complex technical discussions and translating them into actionable insights for your team and stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and roadmap for IDT's eSIM product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new features that enhance user experience across digital channels. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify user needs and trends, ensuring that the product remains competitive and relevant.

You will lead the execution of product initiatives, coordinating with engineering and operations to ensure timely delivery. Your responsibilities will also include developing sales and marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of the eSIM products to various customer segments, including consumer, enterprise, and wholesale channels. You will report directly to the head of the IDT Digital Payment business, providing insights and updates on product performance and strategy.
