You have a proven track record in subscription marketing, with at least 5 years of experience driving growth and retention strategies. Your expertise in customer lifecycle management allows you to effectively engage and retain subscribers, ensuring their lifetime value is maximized. You are skilled in developing go-to-market strategies and have a strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion tactics. Your analytical mindset enables you to conduct customer surveys and gather insights to continuously improve the customer experience. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with product, merchandising, operations, analytics, and finance teams to define target segments and offer structures. You are passionate about leveraging AI to evolve subscription services into more intelligent offerings, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Subscription Marketing at iHerb, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Autoship & Save program. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new subscribers, converting one-time buyers into loyal subscribers, and retaining existing customers. You will oversee the overall vision of the core product offering, ensuring it evolves with market trends and customer needs. You will conduct in-depth customer surveys and analyze feedback to enhance the subscription experience.
