Your analytical mindset enables you to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing initiatives continuously. You are familiar with tools like Google Analytics and SQL, which help you measure performance and inform your strategies. You thrive in a hands-on role, taking accountability for driving subscription revenue growth and overall app performance.

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is a plus, as you will be responsible for implementing user engagement programs and improving app quality signals. Familiarity with marketing operations tools will enhance your ability to execute go-to-market strategies effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute the marketing strategy for Premium+ subscriptions across AccuWeather's app and web properties. You will own app marketing initiatives beyond subscriptions, focusing on user engagement programs and improving app ratings and reviews. Your responsibilities will include partnering with product teams to enhance subscription and upgrade experiences, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and consumer revenue teams to drive subscription acquisition, conversion, and retention. Your role will involve continuous optimization of marketing strategies, utilizing data to inform decisions and improve overall app health and quality signals. You will be accountable for key performance indicators such as conversion rates, retention, and average revenue per user (ARPU).
