You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or related fields. Your ability to build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives and IT leaders, sets you apart. You possess exceptional product knowledge and validated skills that enable you to streamline deployment and improve operations for customers. Your proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating issues ensures that clients receive the best possible support. You are comfortable consulting closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and return on investment.

What you'll do

As a Staff Technical Account Manager at Illumio, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining post-sales relationships with our most strategic customers. You will act as the primary liaison between Illumio and the customer, ensuring that they achieve their Zero Trust goals. Your role will involve recommending solutions, visualizing opportunities, and providing technical guidance tailored to each customer's needs.

You will consult closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and help them navigate the complexities of implementing Illumio's breach containment platform. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and containing threats across hybrid multi-cloud environments, ultimately stopping the spread of cyberattacks before they escalate into disasters.
