Imply is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to redefine observability and security data solutions. You'll partner with customers to design tailored solutions and demonstrate the capabilities of Imply Lumi. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in technical support, ideally with experience in data management or observability technologies. You excel at understanding customer challenges and translating them into effective solutions. Your communication skills allow you to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with engineering and product teams to enhance customer experiences. You are adaptable and eager to learn about new technologies and methodologies in the data observability space.
Desirable
Experience with observability tools or data management platforms is a plus. Familiarity with Apache Druid or similar technologies would be beneficial. A background in software engineering or development can enhance your ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key member of the Support Team, helping to bring Imply Lumi to life. You will engage with customers to understand their unique challenges and design tailored solutions that leverage the capabilities of Lumi. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Additionally, you will assist in creating documentation and training materials to empower customers in utilizing Imply's technology effectively. Your role will be pivotal in helping customers unlock new levels of speed, scale, and value from their data.
