Who you are

You have a proven track record in leadership roles, ideally within the FinTech or financial services sector — your experience includes managing teams and driving strategic initiatives that lead to measurable growth. You understand the complexities of co-branded financial products and have a passion for enhancing customer loyalty through innovative solutions.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners — your ability to advocate for partners and align their needs with business objectives is key to your success. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at navigating challenges while maintaining a focus on results.

What you'll do

As the General Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for co-branded credit card programs — your role involves working closely with marketing, business development, and product teams to ensure successful program launches and ongoing partner engagement. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and drive user acquisition.
