You are strategic in your thinking and can shape effective sales strategies that resonate with both your team and clients. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate the Waterworks brand values and mission effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the luxury home goods market or a related field would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with showroom operations and sales processes can help you hit the ground running. A background in training and developing sales teams is also beneficial, as you will be responsible for nurturing talent within your team.

What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the Los Angeles team, driving sales performance across the showroom and satellite locations. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Waterworks' mission and values. Your role will involve mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and to maximize sales opportunities. Additionally, you will analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that your team remains competitive in the market.
