Infinite Machine is hiring a Sales Director to build their commercial engine from the ground up. You'll lead DTC and B2B sales efforts, developing strategies to enhance the customer journey. This role requires a builder's mindset and experience in sales leadership.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in both direct-to-consumer and B2B environments. You thrive in ambiguity and are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to cultivate relationships with clients and partners sets you apart as a leader in the sales domain. You are skilled in developing go-to-market strategies and have a builder's mindset that allows you to shape the sales organization from its formative stages. You understand the nuances of pricing strategies and can create compelling narratives that resonate with discerning clients.
What you'll do
In this foundational role, you will develop and execute Infinite Machine's go-to-market sales strategy across both DTC and B2B channels. You will own revenue targets and build accurate forecasting models from first principles, ensuring that the sales playbook is refined from lead qualification to delivery handoff. Your responsibilities will include defining pricing strategies and incentive structures that drive conversion rates. You will cultivate relationships with private clients and design a premium purchase and delivery experience that reflects the luxury nature of our vehicles. Additionally, you will partner with marketing to craft narratives and experiential events that convert interest into orders, while identifying and closing strategic B2B opportunities that align with our growth objectives.
