You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments, where you can iterate quickly based on user feedback and market trends. Your analytical mindset allows you to define and track success metrics, ensuring that your strategies align with business objectives.

Experience in the entertainment or publishing industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies and predictive algorithms. What you'll do
As the Principal Product Manager, Growth at Inkitt, you will own the growth strategy for user acquisition and activation. You will identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize initiatives that enhance user engagement with the Galatea app. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will lead the development of experiments that test new features and optimize the user experience. You will define key performance indicators and build dashboards to track progress, ensuring that your team meets its growth targets.
You will conduct user research to understand friction points in the onboarding journey and identify areas for enhancement. Your role will involve coordinating with marketing on acquisition campaigns, ensuring that product experiences align with go-to-market messaging. You will also contribute to the overall product culture at Inkitt by sharing insights and mentoring other product managers, helping to raise the bar for how products are built and delivered.
