Compliance Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a strong background in Environmental, Health, and Safety management, with a proven track record of leading EHS programs in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Your proactive approach ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, and you are recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in environmental and safety practices. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with various stakeholders and drive a culture of safety within the organization.

You are detail-oriented and analytical, capable of identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Your experience includes conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and developing training programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance. You understand the importance of fostering a safe work environment and are committed to continuous improvement in EHS practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at the Nashville site. You will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and develop policies and procedures that promote a culture of safety. You will conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure that all reporting requirements are met.

You will develop and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of EHS policies and procedures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive initiatives that promote safety awareness and best practices throughout the organization. Your role will involve analyzing incident reports and safety data to identify trends and develop strategies to reduce workplace incidents.
