What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety programs across Meta's facilities in India. You will ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, actively working to maintain operational readiness. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the work of contractor and vendor-managed EHS professionals, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and best practices.

You will collaborate closely with lab and process managers to identify potential hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies. By fostering an atmosphere of safety and environmental stewardship, you will contribute to the overall well-being of employees and the sustainability of operations. Your role will also involve conducting regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs and identify areas for improvement.
