What you'll do

As the Environmental Health and Safety Manager at SpaceX, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the EHS team, which includes technicians, specialists, and engineers. You will coordinate with site leadership to ensure that EHS considerations are integrated into department development and modification plans. Your role will involve representing the EHS department at site-wide management meetings, ensuring that safety protocols are communicated and adhered to across the organization.

You will implement all aspects of an occupational safety program, including processes, programs, and documentation as outlined by OSHA standards. This includes maintaining and developing site-specific environmental policies that address both hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team to achieve compliance and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
