What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the Finance Procurement Operations team within the MarComms Finance Business Partner team at Netflix. You will lead a group of Finance Procurement Operations Business Partners who provide procurement support to business stakeholders, including reviewing and re-negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. Your responsibilities will include driving process improvements to scale operations effectively and ensuring that your team is aligned with the overall business strategy.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide tailored procurement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will also involve influencing FPO strategies and ensuring that your team is equipped to handle the complexities of global procurement operations. You will be expected to maintain a high level of engagement with your team, encouraging them to push boundaries and explore new ideas that can lead to significant improvements in procurement processes.
