What you'll do

As an Apprentice HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the People Operations team to understand business goals and recommend HR approaches that support these objectives. You will assist in designing and operationalizing HR initiatives, such as onboarding, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion projects. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring employees up to the director level, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ethical practices within the organization.

You will be involved in identifying opportunities for enhancing organizational capabilities and driving talent engagement practices. Your contributions will help shape the HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and effective in its operations. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals and gain valuable insights into the field of human resources.
