You understand the importance of a positive candidate experience and are committed to ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

You possess strong communication skills and can effectively partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. You are detail-oriented and ensure compliance with recruitment processes. You are proactive in building a strong talent network and are excited about contributing to various talent acquisition initiatives and programs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to discuss skill requirements and selection processes. You will be responsible for ensuring system adherence and compliance throughout the recruitment cycle. You will engage with candidates post-offer to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience. You will also participate in various talent acquisition initiatives, helping to shape the recruitment strategy and improve processes.
