You have a strong engineering background with experience in designing and developing back-end services — you've successfully implemented interoperability solutions that facilitate data exchange in healthcare settings. Your understanding of health IT interoperability standards allows you to create frameworks that support efficient healthcare workflows.

You are familiar with deploying interfaces through engines like Mirth or Rhapsody, although this is not a strict requirement — your expertise goes beyond just using existing frameworks, as you are capable of innovating new connections and services. You thrive in collaborative environments, providing guidance to team members and ensuring that interoperability goals are met effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and deploy interoperability services that enable Innovaccer applications to integrate seamlessly into the broader healthcare ecosystem. You will ensure that applications can achieve interoperability goals without needing to navigate the complexities of health IT standards. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize interoperability needs, as well as staying updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

You will provide design and development guidance to team members as they deploy connections to various EHRs, external applications, payer systems, and networks. Your leadership will be crucial in driving operational performance and improving the quality of care through effective data integration.
