Who you are

You have a strong background in product marketing with at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry — you've successfully led go-to-market strategies and product launches, translating complex technical features into clear value propositions. Your ability to conduct market research and interviews allows you to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, ensuring that your messaging resonates with target audiences.

You excel at creating compelling content that engages customers and drives sales — whether it's first call decks, whitepapers, or blog posts, you know how to craft narratives that highlight the value of products. Your collaborative spirit shines through as you work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in your marketing efforts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping Innovaccer's go-to-market strategy — you'll lead product launches, creating messaging and communications that effectively convey the benefits of our solutions to the healthcare industry. You will develop sales enablement materials that empower the sales team to articulate product value clearly and confidently.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research to inform product positioning and messaging — you'll analyze competitors and gather insights that will help Innovaccer stand out in the market. You will also collaborate with demand generation and content marketing teams to create impactful campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.

You will be responsible for building excellent customer-facing collateral, ensuring that all materials are not only informative but also visually appealing and aligned with Innovaccer's brand identity. Additionally, you will create content for various events, webinars, and industry conferences, showcasing Innovaccer's thought leadership and innovative solutions.
