Who you are

You have at least 7 years of sales experience in the eClinical software field, demonstrating a strong ability to identify and close new business opportunities. Your interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are top-notch, allowing you to build and maintain relationships within assigned accounts effectively. You are ambitious and self-motivated, bringing a high level of energy to your work. Your time management and organizational skills enable you to handle multiple tasks efficiently, while your analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities help you navigate complex sales processes. Attention to detail is one of your strengths, ensuring that you manage proposals and contracts with precision.

What you'll do

As a Sales Director at Suvoda, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business within your assigned accounts. You will manage the entire sales process, from the identification of new opportunities through proposal, award, negotiation of price and contract terms, and deal closure. You will also manage responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) with your assigned accounts. Organizing and leading client meetings for initial capabilities presentations and bid defenses will be a key part of your role. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any mid-study change orders and driving the governance process with strategic accounts. Additionally, you will attend conferences and industry events to represent the Suvoda brand and identify new opportunities. Your role will also involve generating new leads, collecting competitive intelligence, and assisting with the development of new sales strategies. Mentorship and training of Business Development Associates will be part of your responsibilities as well.
