Your experience in capacity planning and cost optimization allows you to manage resources effectively while maintaining system integrity. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with other engineers to enhance product experiences and solve customer pain points.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale database systems. You will provision and ensure the availability of databases 24/7, focusing on reliability, performance, and security. Your tasks will include automating database provisioning and deployments, routine administration, and upgrades. You will also address business-critical incidents, ensuring they are resolved within the established SLA.

You will sync data between multiple data stores, such as PostgreSQL to Elasticsearch and Snowflake to Elasticsearch, ensuring data integrity and availability. Additionally, you will document and benchmark database maintenance processes, health checks, and monitoring strategies. Your contributions will help Innovaccer unify health records for millions of people, making a significant impact in the healthcare sector.
