Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, particularly within the healthcare sector, with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Your experience includes driving growth strategies and optimizing operational processes across multiple teams or organizations. You excel in collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with industry standards.
You possess a deep understanding of value-based care models and have successfully overseen the integration of acquired companies within the healthcare ecosystem. Your ability to analyze and improve billing, coding, and reimbursement workflows has led to increased collection rates and improved cash flow in previous roles. You are adept at navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with payer standards.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive growth strategies by collaborating with category leaders and acquired teams to craft and execute plans that align with Innovaccerβs objectives. You will support these teams in establishing structures that promote accountability and scalability. Your focus will be on optimizing RCM processes across acquired entities, ensuring efficient and accurate billing, coding, and reimbursement workflows.
You will oversee the integration of acquired companies within the healthcare ecosystem, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and adhere to compliance standards related to value-based care models. Your responsibilities will include reducing denials, increasing collection rates, and improving cash flow while ensuring that RCM processes align with risk-sharing arrangements and quality improvement programs.
You will also be responsible for shaping industry-leading care models in partnership with payers and provider organizations, driving operational performance and enhancing the quality of care delivered. Your role will require you to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies that foster continuous improvement across the organization.
