Parafin is seeking a Revenue Operations & Strategy Lead to drive growth and efficiency. You'll collaborate with various teams to design and execute systems that meet ambitious revenue targets. This role requires strong strategic and operational skills.

You have a strong background in revenue operations and strategy, ideally with experience in the financial technology sector. You understand the intricacies of scaling operations and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective systems and processes. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive insights from data, enabling informed decision-making that aligns with business objectives. You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments, working closely with go-to-market, operations, product, and finance teams to achieve shared goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate strategies and insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced startup environment, ensuring that operations align with the company's mission to support small businesses.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Parafin. You will design and implement systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency and support the company's growth objectives. Collaborating with various teams, you will analyze current operations and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the organization can scale effectively. You will also be responsible for developing insights that inform strategic decisions, helping to drive revenue targets. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, as you work to align the operations strategy with the overall business goals. You will engage with partners and stakeholders to ensure that the systems you implement meet their needs and contribute to the success of small businesses. Your role will involve continuous assessment and refinement of operational processes, ensuring that Parafin remains agile and responsive to market demands.
