What you'll do

As the Ops Lead, you will own the operating rhythm across a portfolio of life sciences initiatives, ensuring that research, product, and go-to-market teams are aligned on priorities and execution pace. You will lead one priority initiative at a time, managing it end-to-end and measuring outcomes to ensure success. Your role will involve setting clear objectives, tracking progress, and making data-driven decisions to adapt strategies as needed.

You will partner closely with various teams, including product and research, to translate field learnings into product and model feedback — your insights will help shape the direction of initiatives and ensure that they align with broader organizational goals. You will also be responsible for communicating updates and outcomes to stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
