Inspiration Commerce Group is hiring an Account Manager for Construction & Heavy Equipment Rentals to lead the growth of the Supply side of their marketplace. You'll focus on building relationships with equipment owners across the USA and Canada. This role requires strong business development and account management skills.

You have a proven track record in account management and business development, particularly in the construction or heavy equipment sectors. You are comfortable prospecting and managing leads, and you excel at building and nurturing relationships with clients. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will help you drive growth and success in your role.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of hard work and dedication. You are motivated by the impact your work has on the company's trajectory and are willing to put in the effort to achieve significant results. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of working with both global enterprise-level accounts and local independent operators.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at DOZR, you will lead the growth of the Supply side of our marketplace by meeting, signing, and onboarding new equipment owners throughout the USA and Canada. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with key suppliers, focusing on growing our business with them month-over-month and year-over-year. You will leverage data and analytics to inform your strategies and help suppliers maximize their potential within our marketplace.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that our suppliers receive the support they need to succeed. Your role will involve regular communication with suppliers to understand their needs and challenges, and you will work to provide solutions that enhance their experience with DOZR. You will also be expected to track and report on your progress, using metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
