Newfront is hiring an Account Manager for their Construction team to manage client relationships and service needs for large accounts. This role requires strong relationship management skills and offers a hybrid work environment.

You have experience in account management, particularly within the construction industry, and are adept at developing and maintaining client relationships. You understand the complexities of managing large accounts and are skilled in communication and service delivery. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a dynamic team. What you'll do
In this role, you will support multi-tier serviced accounts under the guidance of an Account Executive or Senior Account Manager. You will independently manage client relationships and accounts with revenue volumes up to $1MM. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their questions and requests, and ensuring their service needs are met. You will also develop and implement competitive insurance programs tailored to client needs, prepare market quotes for renewals and new business, and manage the onboarding process for new clients. Additionally, you will oversee the marketing process for prospect companies, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
