Who you are
You have a keen eye for detail and a strong organizational mindset, which allows you to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders effectively. Your experience supporting Billing or Revenue Recognition teams has equipped you with a solid understanding of ASC 606 concepts and revenue schedules. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
Your familiarity with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools enables you to maintain high-quality data in CPQ and CRM systems. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, as you will partner closely with Sales, Billing, Finance, and Revenue Recognition teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You are adaptable and ready to embrace the complexities of the grocery delivery industry.
What you'll do
As an Order Management Specialist, you will own the entire lifecycle of customer orders, starting from quote creation through to order fulfillment, billing readiness, and revenue recognition. Your role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and data accuracy, which directly impacts customer satisfaction. You will maintain high-quality data in CPQ and CRM systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Billing, Finance, and Revenue Recognition, to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. Your attention to detail will help identify any discrepancies in order processing, allowing you to resolve issues promptly. You will also be responsible for generating reports and insights that inform decision-making across the organization.
