You have a strong background in order management, with experience supporting Billing or Revenue Recognition teams. Your familiarity with ASC 606 concepts and revenue schedules allows you to navigate complex financial processes effectively. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills that enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools equips you to maintain high-quality data in CPQ and CRM systems. You understand the importance of operational efficiency and are committed to delivering a seamless customer experience. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Billing, Finance, and Revenue Recognition, to ensure that customer orders are processed smoothly.

What you'll do

As an Order Management Specialist, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders, from quote creation through order fulfillment, billing readiness, and revenue recognition. Your role is critical in ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency, which directly impacts customer satisfaction. You will partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to maintain high-quality data and streamline processes.

You will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring that all necessary information is captured accurately and efficiently. This includes working with various teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the order process. Your attention to detail will help you identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

In this role, you will also be involved in reporting and analyzing order data to provide insights that drive operational improvements. You will collaborate with the Revenue Recognition team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Your ability to thrive in a high-volume environment will be essential as you manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and accuracy.
