What you'll do
As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in the quote-to-cash process, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal teams to support deal execution and maintain compliance throughout the order management lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include verifying order details, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place. You will also be tasked with maintaining data integrity in Salesforce and CPQ tools, which are essential for tracking orders and managing customer relationships. During peak periods, such as month- and quarter-end, you will help streamline operations to ensure timely processing of orders and minimize delays.
