Poppulo is hiring an Order Management Specialist to manage customer engagements during the order fulfilment and onboarding lifecycle. You'll ensure smooth transitions from Sales to Delivery or Support teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.

Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in customer operations or order management, ideally within a SaaS environment. You understand the importance of customer engagement and have a knack for ensuring smooth transitions during the order fulfilment process. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. You are comfortable coordinating with various teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Support, to ensure accurate order processing and timely resolution of issues. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order fulfilment activities, including order validation, system setup, account provisioning, and delivery of customer credentials. You will facilitate the provisioning or coordination of hardware orders or replacements as needed, ensuring that all customer deliverables are met in accordance with internal SLAs.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Finance/Accounting, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff from Sales to Delivery. Your role will significantly impact customer retention, as you will be the first point of contact for customers during the onboarding lifecycle for deals below a defined revenue threshold.
