You have a strong background in data analytics and engineering, with experience in building data models and pipelines that support business objectives. You are proficient in SQL and Python, and you understand how to leverage data to drive marketing strategies and customer growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
You have experience with data visualization tools like Looker and are comfortable using Airflow for orchestrating data workflows. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to tackle complex data challenges effectively. You are passionate about using data to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
What you'll do
As an Analytics Engineer at Instacart, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports the Lifecycle Efficiency team. You will design and implement data models that enable clear measurement of marketing performance and customer growth initiatives. You will collaborate with the Incentives Marketing team to understand their data needs and ensure that the data solutions you provide are aligned with their goals.
You will work on optimizing data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and reporting. This includes monitoring data quality and performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements as necessary. You will also be involved in creating dashboards and reports that provide insights into marketing performance and customer behavior.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall data strategy of Instacart, helping to shape how data is used across the organization. Your work will directly impact how Instacart engages with its customers and drives growth through data-informed decisions.
