Who you are

You are an experienced mobile app developer with at least 5 years of iOS and Android development experience, excluding internships. As an iOS expert, you have a minimum of 2 years of native Swift programming experience, showcasing your ability to create high-quality applications. You are scalability-focused, having published apps that are used by a distributed, global user base. Your customer experience obsession drives you to continuously improve the app experience based on user feedback and app analytics. You also have nice-to-have skills such as experience with ARKit, XR apps, and/or data collection apps, as well as cross-platform development experience, ideally including Android and Unity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end development of the custom, AI-enabled app used for distributed robotics data collection. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the app meets the needs of users and integrates seamlessly with existing systems. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing new features, optimizing app performance, and ensuring a smooth user experience. You will also be involved in gathering user feedback and analytics to inform future updates and improvements. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the overall mission of Instawork to create meaningful economic opportunities through innovative technology.
