What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Instructure, you will be a strategic partner for our customers, helping them navigate our products and services to achieve their educational and professional goals. You will maintain a deep understanding of customer strategies and industry trends, ensuring that you can provide tailored advice and support. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with the Customer Experience team to develop resources and training materials that empower customers to use our products effectively. You will analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition to our platform and understand how to leverage its features for their success.
