What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Instructure, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by acting as a technical advisor and product advocate. You will guide prospective customers through the evaluation of Instructure's Learning Platform, ensuring they understand the value and capabilities of products like Canvas LMS and Canvas Credentials. Your responsibilities will include identifying deployment and technical issues for assigned accounts, collaborating with Account Executives to develop tailored solutions, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how Instructure's solutions can meet the needs of educational institutions. Your expertise will help prospective customers navigate their evaluation process, and you will provide insights and recommendations based on their specific requirements. You will also stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Instructure's products in the market.
