What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Intercom, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Fin, our cutting-edge AI customer service agent. You will engage with enterprise clients, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can revolutionize their customer support strategies. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, crafting tailored proposals, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product features, providing feedback from clients to help shape future developments. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be crucial, as you will act as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
