You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. You excel at identifying new opportunities and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — your ability to navigate these challenges has led to significant revenue growth in your previous roles. You are not just a salesperson; you are a product expert and a trusted consultant who helps customers solve technical challenges and achieve long-term success.

You thrive in high-performing teams and understand the importance of collaboration with Global Systems Integrators and Salesforce. Your proactive approach to sales means you are always looking for ways to deliver strategic value to your clients. You possess strong communication skills that allow you to articulate complex solutions clearly and effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the sales process.

Desirable

Experience working with SaaS and DevOps solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the technical aspects of the products you sell. What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Gearset, you will lead revenue growth within some of the largest and most complex organizations in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve working closely with Global Systems Integrators and Salesforce to deliver Gearset's market-leading SaaS and DevOps solutions to global brands.

You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be crucial in building long-term relationships and driving repeat business. You will also become a product expert, enabling you to consult effectively with clients and address their technical challenges.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work alongside a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results. You will participate in regular team meetings to share insights, strategies, and best practices, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Your proactive approach will help identify new opportunities and drive growth within your assigned accounts.
