You are agile and resilient, ready to tackle challenges head-on and adapt to changing market conditions.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or customer service industry is a plus, as is familiarity with value-led sales strategies. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and have a knack for building relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on generating new business revenue in the North America region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a sales strategy that accelerates logo and revenue growth, particularly with the AI solutions offered by Intercom. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and performance metrics for your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, leveraging data and insights to inform your strategies. Regular coaching and mentoring will be a key part of your role, as you help your team members develop their skills and advance their careers.
