Overview
Nooks is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive sales from lead generation to closing. You'll work collaboratively across teams and help improve sales strategies. This role requires 4+ years of experience in sales.

Who you are
You have over 4 years of experience in sales, particularly in the mid-market segment, where you've successfully executed sales processes from lead generation to closing deals. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are comfortable with prospecting yourself, demonstrating a proactive approach to building your sales pipeline. Your ability to run discovery calls and align key stakeholders has been key to your success in closing deals. You understand the importance of collaboration and have experience working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
You are a natural evangelist for the product, capable of articulating its value to potential clients and helping to close significant mid-market deals. Your experience includes building processes and funnels for outreach, showcasing your strategic thinking and ability to adapt to different industries. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by achieving revenue goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take charge of the entire sales process, from sourcing leads to closing deals. You will run discovery calls to understand client needs and align key stakeholders to facilitate the sales process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and building a robust pipeline to meet and exceed your revenue goals. You will also partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new clients, as well as identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
You will be expected to evangelize the product, helping to close the largest mid-market deals while also being a leader in selling into new industries. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with various teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the sales strategy and improving processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
