You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of in-person interactions to foster strong connections with clients. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to educate potential customers on how to enhance their team's collaboration and productivity using Notion. You are creative and adaptable, always looking for ways to iterate on processes to retain and grow customer accounts.
You have a strong understanding of sales motions and are comfortable providing feedback to help shape the company's roadmap. Your ability to maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for expansion is key to your success in this role. You are proactive in your approach, always seeking new ways to engage with clients and ensure their needs are met.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in prospecting and developing new accounts, educating contacts about how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will actively work to maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expanding usage and mitigating churn. You will hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings to discuss customer needs and demonstrate how Notion can meet those needs effectively. Your creativity will be essential as you iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers.
You will collaborate closely with the GTM Sales Team to define and iterate on sales motions, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into the company's strategy. Your role will involve not just selling, but also understanding the unique challenges faced by your clients and providing tailored solutions that drive value. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of Notion's customer base.
What we offer

The estimated range for total on-target earnings for this role is $180,000 - $230,000 per year, reflecting the importance of your contributions to the company's success.
