What you'll do

As a Staff Product Engineer at Intercom, you will lead the development of our AI customer service agent, Fin. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and designers to ensure that our AI solutions meet the needs of our users. You will also be responsible for optimizing the performance of our AI systems and ensuring they deliver accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team.
