What you'll do

As a Staff Product Engineer in the AI Group at Intercom, you will be responsible for building and enhancing AI-powered products that transform customer service experiences. You will collaborate closely with ML Scientists to define new machine learning features and research appropriate algorithms that align with our product goals. Your role will involve rapidly prototyping solutions and getting them into the hands of our customers for feedback. You will work in partnership with product and design teams to ensure that our AI solutions are user-friendly and effective. You will also be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to production, ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. Your contributions will help set the standard for AI in customer service, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products.
