Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success and professional services, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. You understand the nuances of AI solutions and how they can transform customer experiences, and you are passionate about helping businesses adopt these technologies effectively. Your strategic mindset allows you to bridge the gap between operations and delivery, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service from day one. You excel in leading teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results through effective project management. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with customer service platforms. You have a proven track record of managing successful implementations and driving customer satisfaction. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will help you continuously improve service delivery and customer onboarding processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of Intercom's Professional Services, ensuring that customers successfully adopt and scale our AI solutions. You will lead a talented team of Project Managers and Partner Services Managers, driving excellence in both internal and partner-led implementations. Your focus will be on defining what a βgreat startβ means for customers in this new era of AI, shaping their experiences from the outset. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support, championing a vision for outcomes-driven customer engagement.
