You have a proven track record in field marketing and account-based marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. You excel at building strategies that align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring that both teams work in harmony to achieve common goals. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to create impactful marketing programs that resonate with target audiences. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can influence and inspire others.
Desirable
Experience in the tech industry, particularly in AI or customer service, is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms will help you make data-driven decisions that enhance marketing effectiveness. What you'll do
As the Director of Field Marketing & ABM at Intercom, you will own the global field marketing strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall objectives.
