What you'll do
In this role, you will build, scale, and evolve a team of Small Business / Scale Relationship Managers. You will be responsible for retaining and expanding Intercom's customer base, helping customers along their AI journey. You will lead your team in developing strategies that enhance customer relationships and drive adoption of AI capabilities.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback informs product development and go-to-market strategies. Your leadership will be critical in navigating the evolving landscape of customer service and ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the challenges ahead.
