Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively address employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefits and leaves. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement within benefits programs and are committed to making them more accessible and beneficial for all employees.
What you'll do
As a Benefits and Leave Analyst at Intercom, you will act as a primary Tier 2 point of contact for benefits and leave-related questions, providing support and guidance to employees. You will be responsible for administering end-to-end global leaves and benefits programs, ensuring they are legally sound and genuinely helpful. You will collaborate with the Total Rewards team to continuously improve these programs, making them easier to understand and navigate for employees. Your role will involve analyzing program effectiveness and employee feedback to drive enhancements. You will also assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-informed about their benefits and leave options. Your contributions will play a significant role in how supported employees feel as the company grows and operates across different time zones.
