What you'll do

In this role, you will administer end-to-end global leaves and benefits programs, ensuring they are easy to understand and accessible to all employees. You will act as a Tier 2 point of contact for benefits and leave-related questions, providing timely and accurate information to employees. You will work closely with the Senior Benefits Program Manager to scale and continuously improve the benefits and leaves programs, ensuring they meet the needs of a growing and diverse workforce. Your responsibilities will include analyzing program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that enhance employee satisfaction and compliance.
