Intercom is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager, Operations to empower their Global Sales Organization. You'll be responsible for managing the GTM Enablement tech stack and ensuring flawless execution of sales strategies. This role requires strong operational and strategic skills.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your background includes working closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners to drive operational excellence and productivity. You possess strong analytical skills and can translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance team performance. You are adept at managing technology stacks and have experience with tools that support sales enablement and operations. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams. You are proactive and thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing startup or tech company is a plus. Familiarity with customer service technologies and AI solutions will set you apart. You have a track record of leading high-impact projects that drive significant improvements in sales operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the critical link between the sales team and cross-functional GTM partners, ensuring that the systems, processes, and strategic insights are effectively implemented. You will own the GTM Enablement tech stack, leading initiatives that enhance the productivity of the sales organization. Your responsibilities will include managing the operational aspects of the GTM strategy, collaborating with Revenue Operations, Monetization, Legal, and Systems teams to create policies and procedures that support sales efforts. You will also lead high-impact strategic projects that require cross-functional collaboration and operationalization of new initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics and providing insights to improve sales execution and efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
