Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management or enablement, ideally within a tech or AI-focused environment — you've successfully translated complex product innovations into clear, actionable strategies for sales teams. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

You possess a deep understanding of customer service technologies and AI applications — your experience enables you to identify key areas for product education and enablement, driving adoption and enhancing customer outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product knowledge is effectively disseminated.

Your analytical mindset helps you assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives — you are comfortable using data to inform decisions and continuously improve training materials and processes. You are proactive in seeking feedback and iterating on your strategies to ensure maximum impact.

What you'll do

As the Senior GTM Product Enablement Manager, you will own the product education strategy for Intercom's Sales and Solutions teams — your role is critical in ensuring that these teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively communicate the value of our AI customer service solutions. You will develop scalable training programs that align with our rapid product innovation cycles, focusing on technical readiness and fluency.

You will collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to stay updated on new features and capabilities — your ability to translate technical details into user-friendly content will be essential in creating training materials that resonate with sales personnel. You will also lead workshops and training sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your responsibilities will include assessing the training needs of the Sales and Solutions teams, designing tailored enablement programs, and measuring the success of these initiatives through key performance indicators. You will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on product positioning and messaging.
