Intercom is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives within the Go-To-Market organization. You'll partner with GTM leaders to accelerate execution on critical projects. This role requires strong organizational and strategic skills.

Your experience in strategic operations allows you to navigate challenges effectively and ensure that projects are executed with precision. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic settings, ready to tackle new challenges as they arise. Your analytical mindset helps you identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You are passionate about delivering value and making a meaningful impact within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the GTM Chief of Staff and various leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that require collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, and Growth teams. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial as you drive progress and ensure alignment across the organization. You will facilitate meetings, track project milestones, and report on progress to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of key initiatives, and you will be responsible for identifying potential roadblocks and developing solutions to overcome them. You will play a vital role in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the GTM organization.
