You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in leading web products and digital experiences. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand how to translate company strategy into high-performing web pages that resonate with users. Your leadership skills shine as you manage and mentor a team of product managers, driving clarity and accountability in their work. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for design and narrative, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects the brand's values and mission.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels allows you to advocate for user needs while aligning with business goals. What you'll do
As the Group Web Product Manager at Intercom, you will own the product direction for intercom.com and fin.ai, ensuring these platforms serve as growth engines for the company.
